Jorge investigates continental-scale aerosol characterization by studiying retrieval algorithms for Automatic Lidars and Ceilometers (ALC) and Sun-Sky photometers. At the University of Granada, he works to constrain uncertainties in atmospheric research, synergizing ground-based remote sensing networks with inversion methodologies and state-of-the-art satellite retrievals across European stations.
